Email Address: You will need an email address to link to your calendar and to receive customer queries. You can use a free service like Google or Zoho, or purchase a business email.
Your template package includes all the custom design work and implementation. To make it publicly visible (live), you will need to pay for:
A Domain Name: The website’s address (e.g., yourbusiness.com).
Website Hosting: The server space where your website files live.
We handle the technical setup to connect it all once you have those two things.
While platforms like Wix and Squarespace offer DIY solutions, they often force you to pay for features you never use and lock you into rigid templates. We give you a better foundation:
You can absolutely upgrade! Because we build the site on a flexible platform, you are not limited. We can seamlessly build upon your existing site as you grow—adding new pages, complex features, or integrating advanced tools—without forcing a complete rebuild.
We highly recommend you look into third-party booking systems like Acuity, Calendly, or Square Appointments, as our templates easily integrate with all of them. Alternatively, if you want more control over who can book and prefer to chat with a potential client first, we can stick to query bookings where clients fill out a contact form to message you and book in after you speak to them.
We understand! We highly recommend having your content ready, as our fast turnaround times (3 to 7 working days) only start once all information is received. We want you to feel confident! Every package includes comprehensive video tutorials that walk you through how to edit your text, swap out images, and manage basic functions on your new platform.
The Downloadables are guides, checklists, and planning templates that help you prepare your business and content. You do not need them to start your website, but they are incredibly useful for busy solopreneurs who want help with content planning, setting up social media, or structuring their service packages.
A round of revision is a single set of feedback you share after reviewing the content we’ve uploaded into your website template of your choice.
Once the content is in place, you’ll have the chance to review everything and send through one clear, combined list of changes, which we’ll then update in one go. This helps keep the process simple, efficient, and on track.
A revision round is perfect for small refinements, such as:
– Tweaking wording or copy
– Swapping images
– Minor layout or formatting adjustments within the chosen template
It doesn’t include bigger changes like new pages, structural updates, or switching templates after the upload has been completed.
We recommend gathering all feedback together before sending it through as additional revisions will be charged extra at 75GBP per revision
